“Took 11 days after ordering for the items to be dispatched and then 3 days for delivery. One of the items didn't turn up - I then noticed I had a partial refund on Paypal which covered the missing item, and I appreciate this was done quickly. It would have been useful however to get an email from the company in advance to say I wouldn't be getting the item I ordered and was being refunded (though I would have preferred not to have been sold an item they didn't have). I've now received an email asking me to review the item that didn't turn up, but not the ones that did. Overall an improvement in communication and a speeding up of dispatching items would encourage me to shop again.”

“When orders are dispatched from a store it would be advisable to check that the item is not faulty or damaged before sending to the recipient. This would safe a lot of time & disappointment. The inconvenience of having to then return the goods could well be avoided.It would be appreciated if items taken straight from the shop floor were to be packaged aside from the bag they arrive in so as to protect & present the goods that very often are a considerable purchase.Further more how can it be that an order is accepted in the believe you will receive the goods followed by an email some days later that transpires the item is out of stock adding to more disappointment. As a new customer my first shopping experience was not what I had hoped for.”
