“Disappointed that the product was not sent in protective packaging. Previous purchases have been sent in cardboard boxes. The door stop was delivered by Royal Mail in a plastic DPD bag. Bearing in mind how much mail in handled at Christmas the package probably has not had a peaceful journey. The product does not look damaged but the legs of the dog do not sit flat on the ground.”

“Have useed Millbry Hill a few times now for chicken feed and supplies. I usually do a search first and theit prices are comparable with others, but with such heavy items, delivery costs are important. Another supplier insisted I purchased all the components separately as different companies delivered them... um, no! Millbry Hill is not like that. Dispatch as one consignment is prompt and well packed. I will be using them again.”
