“The product I ordered was very overpriced (kune kune pig food). I paid more on delivery to get it quickly as didn't know where to get it from locally. It didn't arrive on the stated day. Which forced me to find the product locally & got exactly the same thing for pounds cheaper. Won't b using this service again.”

I can however confirm that we dispatched your order on the same day that you had placed your order on a next working day service and it was sadly Fed-Ex that delayed the delivery as they hadnt released your parcel in time. “Really slow delivery. Even allowing for Christmas period - still slow. I got an email to say items would arrive next day between 8am and 6pm (some time after initial order) and none arrived. No response to query on that either. They arrived several more days after that. Really poor considering the store isn’t that far from me and my order was not small.”
