“Ordered online some Ariat sports mules in the sale. Item was just as described, delivery to store quick and efficient. I also like it that they allow free returns by returning to store. The cost of return postage often puts me off buying footwear online.”

“Ordered 2 horse rugs. Waited over a week for delivery after dispatch. Then only one rug was in the parcel. Called Millbry and they stated that despite taking my money they didn't have any stock of the second rug. Had to request refund. Not happy!”

I can see that you have been speaking with our customer service team in relation to this incident and that sadly the second rug had been lost in transit due to the sack opening. Unfortunately the rug you had purchased was the last one in our physical stock and you had been offered a replacement to be sent to a convenient address however as this option was not suitable, We provided you with a full refund for the missing item.
