“Would rate as 5/5. I live in Devon and during the 1st lockdown I discovered Millbry Hill. Very good selection of clothes,household ware and pet foods. Website is easy to use, as is on-line tracking. Packaging of goods is done with care, sometimes recyling boxes received from their suppliers. We like this! Keep up the good work, I'll be back! Kind regards, Carol Molloy”

They went out of their way to track down a particular coat for me which was a Xmas present for my daughter, they found it and sent it on to me so swiftly, which saved my day, updating me at every stage.. Their customer service was brilliant, and also helpful and kind. I can't recommend Millbry Hill highly enough - they really care about their customers which is a rarity in this day and age! Their products are of such high calibre too.”

“I would have given Millbry Hill five stars as the delivery and items were good (although a little more expensive as elsewhere), but the thing that made it really difficult for me in this time of Covid was the return. I don't have a printer, so I had to go to the post office and queue with all the people (several of whom weren't wearing masks and others not keeping social distance) to send a couple of items back. That was really stressful! If only you had included a label, I could have just popped it in a mailbox. However, you did have the Joules jumper with the adorable Scottie that was sold out everywhere, which I like a lot and kept.”
