“Goods ordered as a present 10 days prior to the birthday. No indication at time of order of any delay. As no despatch notification received chased Customer Service. Advised goods being despatch immediately and would be one day late. Waited a further 3 days then received a despatch email followed 24 hours later with tracking details from Royal Mail. Goods eventually arrived 4 days after the birthday. Disappointing service all round.”
