“I had to chase up my order almost one month after placing it as the goods had not been received. I did have a quick response once this was done. One item was out of stock, the second item was in stock but had not been sent separately. I cancelled the first item rather than wait any longer and asked that the second item be delivered. This was done and a refund was made immediately. Would have preferred to have been kept informed from the start, without having to prompt.”

“I ordered the incorrect item and tried to cancel it Five Minutes later, no response so I emailed again the next Day & called.. Was told I have to take the parcel and send back at my own cost!! I am now at home suffering from Coronavirus and cannot send the item back until I am out of isolation, so you have my money and I have an item I do not want.. Terrible service.”
