“Ordered 2 horse rugs. Waited over a week for delivery after dispatch. Then only one rug was in the parcel. Called Millbry and they stated that despite taking my money they didn't have any stock of the second rug. Had to request refund. Not happy!”

Unfortunately the rug you had purchased was the last one in our physical stock and you had been offered a replacement to be sent to a convenient address however as this option was not suitable, We provided you with a full refund for the missing item.
