“Order took almost 2 weeks to arrive, package arrive open and battered with items missing. Millbry hill advised they would look in to a replacement but I have had no update on this”

Looking into the order notes, I can confirm that the items were noted as missing on Thursday, replacements sent on Friday and are due for delivery today (Monday). “One order arrived in two parts, two signs. The first - dry dog food - arrived in additional package. The original plastic bag was broken both ends, so the dog had a second Christmas. The second - tinned dog food - had a box, inside the box a FedEx bag, then the original package. Nice try, the bin full than. Not impressed, but happy with it.”
