“I purchased a pair of Fair fax and Favor boots from Millbry Hill a couple of weeks ago. They were £425 so a real treat. Unfortunately I was sent the wrong size so cannot wear them 😢 and am patiently waiting fo them to email me when my size comes back in stock 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏”

“I may as well have gone to the shop and picked my goods myself, the assistant (ironically) could not find my goods and seemed quite uninterested when I pointed out some were missing and I was told rudely ‘you have to work with us’ I was offered no help to put my goods into the car. Won’t bother with click and collect again.”
