“Easy to use website with a great selection of dog jackets. I e-mailed for advice on what might be the best option for our dog and received a reply the next day. I placed an order and received it 4 working days later. Well packaged and the dog jackets are really good. Highly recommended retailer.”

“I recently bought two bags of chicken food from Millbry Hill. The package arrived badly damaged, and one of the bags had obviously lost quite a lot of its contents. There was a very large hole in one of the bags. I sent photos to the carrier involved. I have now emailed photos of the damage to the package, and an explanation, TWICE to Millbry Hill. They have not responded. They have however sent me two requests to write a review and to rate their service. My rating of Millbry Hill is zero for customer service. I would never recommend them, and will never use them again. Beware of a company which can't be bothered to respond to a genuine complaint.”

“I am a regular returning customer to Millbry Hill. I buy horse supplement regularly but have also had other items too. I made the error of buying my horse supplement elsewhere last time I needed it, never again. The well known and supposedly reputable company I used really highlighted how good M.H is, in their lack of efficiency. Millbry Hill always gets it right, excellent range of products, well priced, quick delivery and excellent customer service. Highly recommend.”

“My first purchase from Millbry hill and I will certainly use them again. I needed a pair of good quality wellingtons, and Millbry hill had a really good range to choose from. I selected a pair of Ariat boots and I am delighted with my purchase. They are very sturdy and have substantial soles, which make them very comfy to walk in.
