“Placed an order on the 25th sept, received part of my order didnt not receive my shires wessex saddlepad, contacted them via email, got no response, Opened a paypal dispute, got correspondance they would look into it, so I closed the case! BIG MISTAKE!!!! Still have not received my saddlepad. WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN !!!!”

“Was very happy with the service i have received from Millbry Hill....until I had to return a parcel. I wasn't told that the returns form I was sent has a reduced fee section further down the form. The outcome was that I paid substantially more to return my item. When I spoke to someone at Millbry Hill I was told...' with all due respect its not my fault you did'nt read the whole page on returns'!! The download returns button was the first thing you see and anyone would have done the same as me!! Perhaps it is a way of them not having to subsidise the post costs!!”

Hi Karen, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We are glad to hear you were happy with the service you have received. The Returns information page has everything on there that you would need to complete a return yourself. At the top of the page there is the downloadable returns form and then just a little further down the page there is an option for a downloadable and prepaid Royal Mail Returns Label. This is what you need to use to get a return for the cost of £4.99. A returns for can be put in if you wish as it helps us indicate this is your order. I can confirm its not a way of us having to subsidise costs, if a return isnt suitable and you wish for a refund, the cost of the return is always the customers. “We experienced amazing customer service from Millbury Hill after being let down by a previous store. We called hoping to find riding boots in stock to give as our daughter’s Christmas present. Having missed the Christmas delivery date by 4 days we had no expectation that the item would arrive in time. But the brilliant team at Millbury pulled out the stops. We ordered on Monday 21/12 and received the item on 24/12. Thank you!”

“Purchased from Millbry Hill as item I compare prices on was on offer here. Easy to order and good communication via email. Used click and collect as a friend lived close to store otherwise the £7.99 delivery fee would have had me shop elsewhere......yep probably Amazon who's price was similar and free delivery. I do shop local where I can but also need to watch the pennies.”
