“AVOID THIS COMPANY. Sent horse feed with a hole in it and was clearly gone off. None of my horses would touch it despite having been on that feed for a year and never had a problem. Phoned up and the women was useless so then emailed with photos almost a month ago and still haven’t heard anything. Terrible customer service. Will not be buying from them again.”

Hi Purdey, Thanks for taking your time to leave a review. The reason we were unable to help you is because you have had this feed for a significant amount of time before reporting this issue to ourselves. We there for cannot confirm if this damage had happened whilst in transit or has been done when you have moved the goods yourself. The horse feed wouldnt be off. All of our feeds have a quick turn around from the date we receive them to dispatch as we are also a wholesalers and we would not dispatch any goods that were either out of date or damaged.
