“Placed an order on the first day of sale, had a refund for one of the items Several days later because it was ‘out of stock’ and had been ‘since December 2019’ went into the store only to find the item in there 🙈 emailed to say I’d seen it I store and was basically called a liar. Then waited 11 days for my delivery, like i say I ordered the first day of the sale but received my bridle missing the reins, rang customer service who said they couldn’t find the reins and I could return it for a refund (Not really the point sending me a bridle missing the reins) . Staff in the shop were and are always lovely but what a carry on!”
