“Excellent service, one of my items wasn’t in stock but I got an update and apology but it still arrived quickly. You get used to buying off of amazon where small items are shipped in a box big enough for a small pony and rattle about and get damaged, so it was refreshing that it was well packaged in a suitable sized box! Will use again as was a great service and great prices!”

“Normally when you are sent the wrong item it is cause for complaint but in this case I was phoned a couple of hours prior to receiving the wrong goods. I returned the item on Friday and received the correct item today (Wednesday). So thank you to the other customer who must have returned the rug to you immediately and to the customer service department for dealing with this so promptly and professionally.”

“Beautiful bag delivered very quickly and I was well informed about dispatch etc. Only negative was that the navy presentation box was inside a much larger cardboard box and wasn’t secured therefore it was scuffed and scored. This was only an issue because it was a gift.”
