“Love my extensions! They are the best I have tried so far have recommended them to lots of people including my hairdresser, we were both amazing at the quality. Couldn't be happier with them.”

“I bought the fringe extention and it came uncut where this was not clearly stated and it was also very badly constructed that everyone can tell it is a fake hair piece I wasted my time and money on this company”

We do offer these uncut as we found this is the best way for customers to style these to their liking. For example, some like side bangs, some like them wispy and others like them to be a blunt cut. “I bought the deluxe full head set in ombré in the shade 'Oh my Ombré" and I love them! Arrived super quickly, feel really luxurious, and super easy to put in especially for a complete beginner like myself. The colour also matched so well I had friends actually ask me if I had gone to a salon to get them specifically matched to my hair colour. I was slightly worried about not getting the triple weft, in case they looked too think, but as they were my first pair of extensions I didn't want to splurge incase I didn't get on with them, but even the regular set gave my hair so much more volume so I can't even imagine what the triple weft would be like! Overall I'm so pleased with them they're truly a fantastic purchase.”

“The quality of my hair extentions is amazing and they are an excellent colour match. I paid for next day delivery however due to a technical error I didn't receive them for two days, I was refunded the delivery charge straight away and the customer service was great! Definitely would recommend.”

“I'd say I wasn't extremely amazed by the set of hair extensions I received, they weren't in the best quality and the colour was totally off what I expected. Being naturally black hair I thought I would opt for one shade lighter than jet black as other hair extension companies do a natural black I thought that this would match well with my hair. However once I had received it I quickly realised that it was more like a chocolate brown and not a natural black colour at all. The hair however it good in thickness and length so I had no problem with that.”

“I cannot stress how much I love my spaced out ombré extensions! I have the tripe weft full set and one quad weft & I have never had extensions as good as quality. Totally worth the money, would never hesitate to buy from here again. The shipping was very fast, pretty much next day! Xxx”

“As I use hair extensions quite a lot i buy new hair every 2 months near enough . my price range goes up to 250pound , I also shop around a lot every time I buy new I try someone else each time . This time I was looking for something new ombré hair the search come up with this ! I bought the spaced out hair there wasn't really a great destription of the product . But the price drop looked good so I bought them I didn't look a the reviews wish I did I also emailed them to ask about the hair grade I only 5A grade hair . They told me was brilliant quality . The delivery was great next day which I paid for when I seen the hair at first look I thought it was amazing . It wasn't very grey the ends more like a ash blonde I clipped them all in went out to the light they weren't black but a dark brown so it didn't match my hair ! , so I decide to dye the ends more grey when I washed them the dark brown hair went a very light brown it was awful . So I had to dye the whole hair which took time and patience spent another 50pound on the dye etc , after washing them they came out fine but the hair quality it self is awful they are thin on the ends dry now they stick together they look feel horrid . I have the right products for hair extensions to wash and dry after care etc makes them silky soft ! But these they didn't the are just awful I only wear them now for a messy bun effect complete waste of money , then had to buy a new set from another company which are brilliant my option don't bother buying from them .”

“Just bought some triple wefted hair extensions which I love. Ordered to come next day which they did no problem. Even fitted through my letter box so no waiting around or having to go to collect from post office. They were very well packaged and the test piece is a great idea to see length etc . I was unsure which colour to go for so I emailed via Facebook and received a quick reply advising me on colour. They match perfect to my hair and are so thick. The best extensions I've owned xxxxx”

“I have purchased and used many hair extensions both synthetic and real hair. This is by FAR the best product out on the market. The hair texture is superb, the quality of hair and color tones and the thickness is not too little but not too much so it sits easy and stays in place with the clip-ins.. The customer service is really good. I had some bumps along the way but it was me not reading all the email and made some mistakes. The color choice was my error originally but got an expert on the CHAT session and all was cleared up. I there was a negative it is that they are too popular and your color is not always available. NO one can tell I use their extensions. A MUST HAVE FOR ANYONE.”

“I purchased a set of quad wefts from Dirty Looks about 1 year ago. I initially ordered the wrong color & they were really helpful. It was a very easy return. Received the second pair, perfect color. My hair isn't that thick and apparently my head isn't large enough to wear the entire set. for the past year, I've worn the largest weft 5-6 times a week and get nothing but compliments. very few people know that they are extensions. I would highly recommend this product. the quality and color are unsurpassed. I intend on purchasing again. however, since I have the full set, I may wear a couple of the 3 1/2 or 4 inch wefts across the back of my head, like I currently wear the largest weft.”

“I'm a returning customer. I bought from them when they were named Dirty Looks and was floored with the quality of these extensions. The length and thickness in particular was amazing. Now I've just bought another set, same colour and length and I'm disappointed. The length is barely 16 inches and the thickness isn't as great, especially the quad weft. I don't understand how you can raise the price of these extensions when they were better quality in the past, and cheaper.”

We're normally known for super thick wefts from top to bottom and we regret that on this occasion this fell short of your expectations. I can see from our correspondence that a member of the Customer Care team explained that older wefts can seem thicker due to them becoming porous over the time and absorbing excess moisture. If you'd like us to look into this further it would be great if you could weigh the wefts for us to see if they are as advertised and let us know at hello@milkandblush.com : ) xoxo
