“I got the 12-14inch HK Extensions in the colour paparazzi and absolutely love them. They match my hair perfectly and don't feel heavy when clipped in. I would recommend these extensions and I will definitely be buying more in the future.”

“Quality of the hair is amazing, however the colour paparazzi highlights is very yellow and needs some toning! I decided to dye them myself and I wouldn't say it damaged the hair any!”

“Item did not turn up. After a month I finally received a refund but communication was very poor and never got an apology. Can't comment on the product as I never received it but won't be using from a customer service point of view.”

“I've had these extensions for a good month now and have washed them once. The quality of the hair is absolutely amazing and is the best quality hair I've ever had with extensions - and I've had many sets. There's hardly any shedding but I bought a brush that was specifically for extensions, so that has probably helped out. They hardly tangle and curl/straighten really well! I am super pleased with these extensions and will definitely be buying another set when this one starts to run out of life. Thank you Dirty Looks!”

Hey Emily, thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback - it really does mean a lot to us : ) We're so pleased you love the quality of your Milk + Blush extensions and that you can easily style these to suit your look : ) Shedding is a completely normal scenario for clip in hair extensions. Usually when hair extensions are first used this is noticed and its normal to receive some hair fallout during the lifespan of the clip in extensions. It's an expected occurrence and really is nothing to worry about. Fortunately there is a very easy way to reduce the amount of hair loss. You can put clear nail varnish on each corner of the extensions, this will seal the corners which are most prone to shedding and dramatically reduce the amount of hair which sheds. : ) xoxo

“Extremely diss appointed with service from dirty looks !!!!! Waited for over two weeks for delivery and still no sign of it ever coming such a shame ! Not sure why it couldn't be resolved and posted to me as promised ! I hope refunding me my money won't cause me further dissappointment but judging on service so far my expectations on this matter are extremely poor ! ????”

“Very. very poor service and website. Colours are not as shown and when sending it back for a refund they stop replying or keep sending the same message over and over. Also BE AWARE there is no phone number anywhere for them and that sys a lot about a company that doesn't want its customers to call! Be careful and try to check other websites before you buy the wrong colour as you will never get your money back.”

As for a contact number, we have found that dealing with customer queries via email is more effective as there is no need to worry about a difference in time zones. We aim to answer all emails within 24 hours :)
