I made my order on the 15th January and its the 30th of January and i still havent received my order. I am from Ireland and i understand there are delays due to brexit, however, it would be helpful if this was made clear on the website, instead of saying 4-6 days deliver time.

Got a great quality Palestine scarf. Few delays because of brexit but that's understandable. Very helpful when I contacted them. Will for sure order from them again

Ordered 2 items from Military first. 1 directly and 1 through Amazon. The direct order was sent to Germany not Ireland where I live. Replacement sent and finally arrived. Military 1st got back to me and went through my issues in detail and gave me a justification for the delay. To be fair to Kat she was more than helpful and she refunded my postage costs.

I ordered my item in the 10th january, it was dispatched on the 13th january. I ordered thinking it would at least arrive by the 22nd as I had to move house by that date. Now I am recieving emails to review but I have not recieved my package and i am not sure if i ever will get it as I moved house. I had some extra patience because of Brexit and Covid but over 2 weeks is a long time to be waiting especially considering I paid extra for 2-3 shipping option. Dissapointed at best as now I will have to pay 35euro extra to redirect post. Or else I will never get it because the postman may just leave it at the door of my old house which is off limits.

I've ordered my package on the beginning of January. It was supposed to be a present. I paid 8€ for quick delivery just to make sure the package will be here on time. It was supposed come within 2-3 working days :D it is end of January and the package still didn't arrive. Didn't even get any notification about possible delays. I had to contact them myself asking what is going on with my order. They did not even email me saying that there is some delays. Very poor

Very pleased with my first purchase. Great selection of Jackets, clear and accurate fitting guide and the product turned up exactly as expected. Small delay due to Brexit issues but communication was good.

Payment went to England and boots came for England. So not very Irish. May need to worry about import tax, would be good to know.
