“Hi Steward - Team. Only one Star. No delivery, no additional stars... Well, we have high mountains, there is still snow, I am still wearing my hat, and the Barbour in winter version is still tight... If the delivery still arrives, maybe I'll give it one more star? I'm convinced of it. So sleep well this night, tomorrow could be tough for you when I get down from my mountain... ;-)))”

Hello Marcel Sorry to hear you have yet to receive your order. We can see from your tracking information that we dispatched the order on the 4th and it was attempted to be delivered today by the courier, but they were unsuccessful due to nobody being at the residence. “I received someone else’s order of swimwear instead of the Gant jeans I ordered. I then had to return wrong item before the jeans could be sent out even though it was not my mistake. Update : I have since received a written apology and gesture of goodwill. I should say I have used this company several times in the past with no issues at all and think this was a usual occurrence.”

“The shoes were at the best price in the UK by £21; website easy to use; quality was high as expected from the brand; delivery was quick. I'd award five stars except that you said you'd email upon dispatch but you didn't. This meant I was getting anxious about dispatch tardiness at around the same time the shoes were being delivered to my son. Really not a big deal, though, and I shall probably shop here again in the future. Many thanks”

“Great price, order process, communication and shipping (international) on a Barbour jacket and waistcoat liner. However, even though the jacket and waistcoat liner were ordered in the same size, the waistcoat liner was way too big. Unfortunately, the shipping of international returns/exchanges are not handled well. The cost of the return shipping (paid by the customer) was more than the price of the waistcoat liner not to mention a complicated procedure to ensure it was not treated as an import requiring additional taxes. It would be helpful to provide a mechanism for international customers to facilitate returns and exchanges without the shipping cost being greater than cost of the product.”

“The Barbour jacket is precisely as described. It arrived promptly and was well packaged. As always with Barbour, you get what you pay for and the quality is excellent. I am delighted with the coat. One word of guidance. I was surprised by the size of the customs' import duties when ordering from the UK and delivering to the Republic of Ireland (Euro 92). Due to Brexit, these need to be factored in by purchasers in the EU from this supplier.”
