“The Barbour Beacon sports jacket is very comfortable and stylish. It is a very perfect fit based on your normal size, it is a slimmer fit jacket so please keep that on mind. I live in a cold, wet, and windy state and the jacket provides a great resistance to those weather conditions. Cannot recommend the jacket and Michael Stewart for supplying it! Great job!”

“Excellent customer service and extremely fast shipping, received my order less than 24 hours after placing it. They have an excellent returns policy too. I inadvertently ordered the wrong size and being impatient as I am I emailed to ask if I could exchange in store. The email was answered almost immediately and they said no problem,come in and exchange for correct size I drove around 60 miles to the selby shop and was greeted with a smile , a few jackets tried to get the right size , left happy. All in all a great experience and an example of how things should be done. Thank you very much , will definitely recommend and use again.”

“Just a quick visit today to pick up an order. As always a pleasure to visit Michael Stewart’s. Had a very pleasant conversation with the girls who brought out my order. The order was as described and inside the package was a personalised thank message. Wish I could give more than a 5 star rating.”

“The item arrived quickly and customer service was excellent. However it's now been 3 weeks since I have been promised a refund as the cost was too small. I'm waiting for nearly £200. Not acceptable.”

Hello Julie Thank you for your feedback! We can see from our system that your order was received back on Monday the 8th, in line with our returns policy refunds may take up to 14 working days to be processed, this is standard procedure. A member of the team advised this morning via email that your refund will be processed by the end of the day. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been completed. “I have bought from France. Shipping ok, pretty fast BUT tax add on has not been explained to me before purchasing. Total price has increased from 50%. I would never have bought if I knew about the tax cost. So my recommendation: DO NOT BUY from EUROPE and thanks Brexit.”
