I have bought from France. Shipping ok, pretty fast BUT tax add on has not been explained to me before purchasing. Total price has increased from 50%. I would never have bought if I knew about the tax cost. So my recommendation: DO NOT BUY from EUROPE and thanks Brexit.

Took my money and told me the product was posted. Even gave me a tracking number. It then took eight days to tell me that they didn't actually have it in stock. Not the right way to treat a customer.

2/3 weeks since I sent my return back and I still haven’t received my refund… very upsetting

Hi Emily, Your return was received without any returns form to instruct our returns department on how to process the order (refund, exchange etc.) A member of our team had tried to contact you to resolve this but had no response from yourself, hence no action taken on the return. We'd hate to issue a refund if you really wanted an exchange! I've forwarded this to the returns department who have now refunded your order. Kind Regards, Sales Team

I am sorry to provide a poor review but feel I have no choice. I ordered an item from Michael Stewart menswear over a week ago and it has yet to be delivered. As such I am bemused to receive a request to review my purchase and experience when I have yet to receive my order.

Well, I thought as a company you would send everything in order and complete but unfortunately not. I have not received my order because it is stuck at the Spanish customs. Customs asked me to fill out a form and attach the bill, which I did not have it. I requested it from you and then attached it, we will see what will happen ! But I may return the item. I have been shopping from everywhere outside of Spain including Britain and even China, this never happened before. Long story short, I have not received the item yet !!

Size 40 mens belstaff vest is not large. It is medium.

Hi Mark, A large has always equated to a 40-inch chest across the entire menswear industry and a medium is a 38. This is standard. You may find that sometimes a gilet such as this does tend to fit on the slimmer side, however, the size you order is exactly what you received. 40 is large. In the future please do feel free to reach out to us as we are here to help with sizing and exchanging to ensure you get the perfect fit. I ordered some Replay anbass hyperflex jeans black, totally different from the description. They sent the wrong jeans to make the matter even worse on the leg the stitches were coming off. They wanted me to pay for the postage return even knowing it was there Error, I Challenge him about this so in the end they paid for the postage. Very disappointed with the service and lying about postage won’t be shopping there again

Hi Leon. We checked and confirmed with you at the time that these jeans matched the ones you ordered. The manufactures codes as well as our own were all aligned to prove that these are the same jeans. Replay put this specific style of jeans through a finishing process to give the final 'worn in' look. The nature of this process creates a fading that is unique to each pair of jeans. This, therefore, means that each pair can't look identical to the photo. This is common practice with denim from Replay as well as other brands and it is unrealistic to expect the products can match their online images 100%. We have been trading continuously since 1967 and have achieved this, not by being deceitful, lying, or aiming to rip people off, but by providing top-quality clothing and service which our nearly 3000 five-star reviews can attest to. Issues like this can happen, however, we always do all we can to cater to the customer. We had a new pair ready to replace quickly which was also offered to you. We acknowledged you weren't happy with the product and that you didn't want a replacement. So we turned around a return and refund in just two days. The free returns label was provided the day you contacted us and the refund was actioned immediately when it arrived back with us. This has kept any inconvenience to yourself kept to a minimum and I hope this can be appreciated.

The price shown are not without VAT (even if in their customer information there was written that they were VAT included) And they don't deduct VAT at the checkout like they state. It Means, for an EU customer, to pay double time the VAT. I've bought a Belstaff jacket and I have paid more than in the offcial store.

Alberto, as we discussed many times over email and put forward evidence that the VAT was deducted at checkout, we can categorically say that you were not charged VAT at the time of purchase. We ship across the EU to customers in Italy and they purchased items in the same way you do. If you wish to submit some hard evidence, physical proof that VAT was added at checkout we'd be more than happy to review it. However, our systems and payment providers all show as the VAT is at 0.00% on this transaction. The only VAT you will have paid will have been to the courier as shipments sent on a DAP basis are subject to pay VAT at the delivery countries rate upon import.
