“I’ve been visiting this shop for the past 3 years and have bought numerous items and different varieties of designer clothing. The staff are always fantastic and their customer service is outstanding. I cannot recommend Michael Stewart’”s Menswear highly enough. I recently returned an item of clothing, due to a manufacturing issue and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and I’m very much looking forward to returning to Michael Stewart’s in the next few months. Thank you so much.”

“Amazing products, prices and delivery. The package took only one week to arrive in perfect condition to a city in the south of Spain. I have saved €200 on the purchase of a Barbour brand jacket. I ordered two Barbour jackets, so the savings have been incredible. The prices in this store, even taking into account customs duties and shipment costs, are much cheaper than in a normal store in Spain. It is highly recommended to purchase these types of items directly from the Michael Stewart store. In short: very good prices, great service and very fast shipping. Thanks!”

“My new Barbour Westmorland "gilet" vest was not manufactured for an American man's physique. Far from. It's way too tight around the hips and my chest. I'm far from fat, wear a medium and that's the size that I purchased. But I can hardly zip it up, nor button the buttons, forget putting a sweater on underneath. This is not cut like my forty plus year old Bedale which is a larger size - C42. I'm utterly disappointed by this purchase and should have tried it on before I spend nearly three hundred dollars on something I cannot wear comfortably. It's really a disappointment since I've always wanted this vest- but it's nothing like the old model at all. A Westmorland in name only.”

“Recently ordered a Barbour jacket. It arrived as promised within two weeks. Excellent service and delivery considering that I live in Western Australia. I received it faster than some items I have ordered from within Australia. Quality of the product is outstanding as I expected. I will be shopping online with Michael Stewart menswear again!”

“These guys are the best! Right now I live in Vietnam, and the support team made a lot of effort to deliver a Barbour jacket to me! In the first stage, I tried to find out companies who at least answer me in chat, but only Michael Stewart's crew were interested in completing my request. Would be happy to make an order again! “I would like to be able to write a review but the items are yet to arrive and there has been no update in tracking for the last 3 days on Royal Mail. The item was due today (8 days after ordering). By way of contrast, I placed an order with another UK company on the same day that offers DHL Express (same price 25 GBP) It arrived in Australia 4 days later! I still have no idea when my items are arriving. You might consider offering this option for international shipping as it has proven to be extremely fast and reliable over many years.”

“I ordered some Replay anbass hyperflex jeans black, totally different from the description. They sent the wrong jeans to make the matter even worse on the leg the stitches were coming off. They wanted me to pay for the postage return even knowing it was there Error, I Challenge him about this so in the end they paid for the postage. Very disappointed with the service and lying about postage won’t be shopping there again”

Hi Leon. We checked and confirmed with you at the time that these jeans matched the ones you ordered. The manufactures codes as well as our own were all aligned to prove that these are the same jeans. Replay put this specific style of jeans through a finishing process to give the final 'worn in' look. The nature of this process creates a fading that is unique to each pair of jeans. This, therefore, means that each pair can't look identical to the photo. This is common practice with denim from Replay as well as other brands and it is unrealistic to expect the products can match their online images 100%. We have been trading continuously since 1967 and have achieved this, not by being deceitful, lying, or aiming to rip people off, but by providing top-quality clothing and service which our nearly 3000 five-star reviews can attest to. Issues like this can happen, however, we always do all we can to cater to the customer. We had a new pair ready to replace quickly which was also offered to you. We acknowledged you weren't happy with the product and that you didn't want a replacement. So we turned around a return and refund in just two days. The free returns label was provided the day you contacted us and the refund was actioned immediately when it arrived back with us. This has kept any inconvenience to yourself kept to a minimum and I hope this can be appreciated.

“I received the Barbour jacket on a next day service, it arrived at about 09:30 a.m. with a minimum of fuss from the courier. The jacket is gorgeous and the icing on the cake was the cost! I found the QC checking procedure, as well as the handwritten message on the delivery note to be very reassuring, and the returns system is obviously straightforward, but fortunately not needed this time! I will have no hesitation in going straight to Michael Stewart again!”
