Quick delivery, 1 box of powder had been damaged in transit and did leak some powder into outer box.

No despatch confirmation and tracking number was given when despatched. Items were packed in boxes without sufficient crushproof protection and the items were damaged.

Hi Steve, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review regarding your last order with us. I do apologise for the way in which these have been received. I can see a refund has been arranged for the damaged items. This has also been passed to our Operations Director to look into how we can better package these in our warehouse along with how our carriers handle the goods once they have left us. The product is great, but it arrived in an broken cardboard box (there was no tape). It was open at the top & the bottom was falling out. The order was spilling out. It would be good to make sure that packages are securely stuck down. Thanks.

Good Morning Rebecca, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Firstly, please allow me to apologise for the way in which this was delivered. We always check our boxes before we dispatch to ensure they are in good condition for deliveries and are suitable for the items inside. I can see from the proof of delivery picture this box was not treated in the way we would expect during transit or to be delivered in this condition. I will raise this with our Operations Director to investigate further with the carrier company as I would think they have repackaged this their end, as we do ensure to attach 'Fragile' tape on our boxes so strange there is nothing on this delivery. Still waiting for delivery, two attempts at delivery. I have ordered elsewhere now but will accept the items if they turn up. Dissappointed.

The product was good. I ordered the product and it was acknowledged straight away 23.4.25. I heard nothing so I emailed the company on 28.4.25, explaining there had been no update on delivery. 29.4.25 I was told it was scheduled to arrive 2.5.25. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive, it arrived 6.5.25. it's a shame communication let's the firm down as the product was good.

I can see on our website this item states ''Extended delivery time - please allow 7-10 working days'' in which your order arrived within 8 working days. ​ Unfortunately, this was delayed with our carrier company and should have been with you Friday 2nd May as per my colleagues email so I do apologise for the delay with this and also not being able to make you aware prior to the delay. This item is actually made to order by the manufacturer so when you place an order with us, we then place an order with MDS and they manufacture the trolley/s. Unfortunately there can sometimes be a delay depending on how many orders they have or if they are having any issues with parts (we have not been made aware of any but just for example). Good Afternoon Emma, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on our website. Firstly, please allow me to apologise for the delay with your order. I know you have had previous correspondence with my colleague who advised this is a non-stocked line. Unfortunately with items like this we solely rely on the supplier giving us up to date delivery dates and letting us know of any issues. This item was on back order with them and they did not make us aware, hence the delay to yourself. ​I am pleased your order has now arrived but again, I do apologise for the delay.

Product was as advertised and arrived within their original timeframe....only issue was there was no communication after the original "we have your order" email I received indicating a delivery day / time window which Medirite stated they do in the aforementioned acknowledgement "we have your order" email....fortunately, someone was in to take delivery when it arrived.

Paid £240 for an item, which was advertised for delivery 'next day'. I needed it promptly, so this appeared a good option. Three weeks later after repeated email exchanges the item has still not been delivered. I'm beginning to hink this is a fake company and I've been scammed. I suggest avoiding.

Placed my order But were only sent part of it. Still waiting to receive the rest. It is needed urgently. If they could not supply the quanity I required my order should not have been accepted & payment taken, then I could have looked at alternative suppliers
