“Products fine , but next day delivery at £7.50 didn’t happen as was unaware you have to be available to sign for the goods, asked them to make it clearer on website , and my postage wasn’t refunded”

Hi Diane, apologies that it was not clear that someone needed to be in to accept the delivery. We have now updated our shipping policy to advise that a signature will normally be required on delivery and our accounts team are arranging the refund for the delivery charge. We're sorry to hear that you felt the delivery fee was expensive. The delivery is free for orders over £50 before VAT.

“The problem may not be down to Medirite themselves but certainly down to the process or method of delivery, unfortunately, as Medirite takes responsibility for ensuring the product reaches the customer in good condition and promptly and given the fact that I as the customer has paid for that service in my opinion any blame must fall with them. The packaging was quite badly damaged and ripped open, apart from crush damage to one of the inside boxes the rest of the order was still in a reasonable state. Once the order was placed there were no updates when the item was dispatched or any notification of when the delivery was due to take place.”

“Unfortunately, one of the two boxes of Deepio we ordered was split and the contents had escaped into the cardboard box that had no packing! As the delivery man carried it up the drive he left a trail of Deepio powder! I don't know how much was lost as I didn't weigh it, I just tipped what was left of the loose powder into a plastic container. Cannot recommend Medirite, sorry!”

“Unfortunately, the table did not arrive in good order. One of the screws on the underside of the table had come out and caused a slight split in the wood. I managed to screw it back in so hopefully it is strong enough to hold. Additionally, the top of the table is marked and as it has a shiny surface it is noticeable. I have chosen not to return it as it is urgently needed. Both these issues should have been picked up on a final inspection.”

“The Quality make up of the product was disappointing I was hoping for a more sturdy material similar to past products. Would have of paid more for a better product, although your price was better than other distributors for the same make .”

“Well, the items I received matched the general description but not the picture. So, not the brand I wanted or expected. Is "Universal" an equivalent, and does it matter for such a basic item? Maybe not, but eBay issue full refunds for that sort of thing. I'm not sufficiently dissatisfied to ask for a refund, but I'm not especially satisfied either. Oh, and "available to order", as it says on the website, does not mean that the items are in stock. I ordered four packs but they only had two available, as I was informed after I had paid. Apparently the other two will be sent to me when they are restocked. They are not needed urgently, fortunately. I know lots of traders are struggling with supplies because of Covid/Brexit, but I think "available to order" gives a misleading impression and is a pointless statement if the items are not actually in stock. Overall, not satisfactory. I'm glad that I didn't spend more. I will shop elsewhere next time.”
