I'm very sorry to hear that your Persil arrived in such poor condition. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and confirming all the details on the email. I can appreciate how disappointing it must be to receive your first order from us in this condition. I have passed all the details and the photos to our Operations Director and the carrier, so that we can look into how the damage occurred and how to prevent this in the future. “Unfortunately I was supplied with the wrong product, not as illustrated (https://www.medirite.co.uk/products/Male-Urinal-Bottle-Plastic,-Graduated-with-Cap-1000ml.html). They are not as illustrated and therefore my husband cannot use them.”

“should have got the goods 5 days ago, still nothing arrived. I contacted the customer service department, no one wrote back to the e-mail, I called them, they were supposed to check what was going on and call me back, but that didn't happen either. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!”

“I bought a cleaning product from this company that I had a few years ago and I was deeply disappointed because the product had a horrible smell and did not match the one I knew I bought previously, I can say that I gave the money to thieves ! I do not advise you to buy prosuses from this company in order not to have the same surprise as me!”
