As I am still awaiting delivery of the goods and have not received any reply to my email, your persistent request for validation of your services is somewhat irritating. I suggest you spend less on these useless surveys and more on goods despatch.

We had to request a second delivery as the first one never arrived and the second one was delivered to our neighbours who were very embarrassed to receive 100 urine bottles - the box was damaged and you never let us know that you had delivered the pac large despite our neighbours asking that you did that. - very poor performance and deeply insensitive- very unhappy with your company

Hi Melitta, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I do apologise the delivery was received damaged and was left with a neighbour. We always check our boxes before we dispatch to ensure they are in good condition for deliveries and are suitable for the items inside. I can see from the proof of delivery picture this box was not treated in the way we would expect during transit or to be delivered in this condition. I will raise this with our Operations Director to investigate further with the carrier company. I understand some deliveries can be of more sensitive contents and sometimes you would like this to be delivered direct to you. Unfortunately the carrier companies will not leave outside so if no one is available to receive delivery at the address, they will try to leave with a neighbour if they can. I am unable to find any previous correspondence regarding the order so if you know who you spoke to, please do let me know so we can investigate this internally. The worst order I have ever placed I ordered 50 units of a product I only got 48 and that’s not the worst part the sent me my products lose no box or packaging they got absolutely destroyed in transit I will stay well clear of this supplier

I have had a look at the carrier image and can confirm all 50 units have been delivered. This has been passed to our Operations Director to look into how we can better package these in our warehouse along with how our carriers handle the goods once they have left us. My order took ages to come, I had to chase it up 3 times for it to actually get delivered to me so I will not be ordering from this company again, the product itself was great though

Firstly, please allow me to apologise for the delay with the item and your negative experience with this order. I can see this item was out of stock at the time of your order so the website will have stated 'Extended delivery time - please allow 7-10 working days'. I can see this was ordered on 11th June and the goods were booked in with us on the 17th June, dispatched for delivery on the 18th and delivered on the 19th June, within the 10 days advised. No despatch confirmation and tracking number was given when despatched. Items were packed in boxes without sufficient crushproof protection and the items were damaged.

Good Afternoon Sharon, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review Firstly, please allow me to apologise for the delay. This item is actually made to order by the manufacturer so when you place an order with us, we then place an order with MDS and they manufacture the trolley/s. Unfortunately there can sometimes be a delay depending on how many orders they have or if they are having any issues with parts (we have not been made aware of any but just for example). Paid £240 for an item, which was advertised for delivery 'next day'. I needed it promptly, so this appeared a good option. Three weeks later after repeated email exchanges the item has still not been delivered. I'm beginning to hink this is a fake company and I've been scammed. I suggest avoiding.

Your Order #M000033897 Placed on 3 Jan 2025, 19:07:15 Placed order on 3rd of January, still haven't received my order, I have attached the email from DHL on 10th January saying they will try on 7th January which doesn't make sense. I have not got any update on my parcel what is happening? First time ordering my Medirite and have very bad experience...

Hi Robert, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Firstly, please allow me to apologise you are still yet to receive your order. I know we spoke Thursday 5th December in which I advised your original order had been damaged in transit and I would arrange a replacement. This was all sent out and due for delivery Friday 6th December. Unfortunately, the replacement was also damaged and the carrier company destroyed the damage, without making us aware. I have arranged a full refund which should arrive in your bank within the next 3-5 working days. Quality of the gloves we ordered are good. However, the website falsely advertises these by using an image of Sonic gloves. we are disapointed as this was what we were expecting.

As mentioned we have 2 brands in our warehouse to compensate if we get low on one of the brands so we do not run out of stock all together. We have arranged for a replacement order to be delivered tomorrow. I have also contacted the carrier company to make sure they give you enough time to answer the door. I can't review the product because 6 days after ordering it still hadn't arrived. Phone a couple of times and those on the phone are always polite and helpful but the courier has let them down a couple of times. The package should have arrived on Tuesday, then Thursday and we wait to see if it will arrive on Monday. Its a good job I'm not in a rush for it. They have given a 10% discount off my next order but I'm not sure that is going to help.

Absolutely disgusting. Took my order then my money but never supplied me with my product. When I get in contact its always some excuse as to why I have not received it and empty promises of a delivery it honestly feels like I have been scammed. I don’t hold much hope as I’m still waiting ….
