Hi Robert, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Firstly, please allow me to apologise you are still yet to receive your order. I know we spoke Thursday 5th December in which I advised your original order had been damaged in transit and I would arrange a replacement. This was all sent out and due for delivery Friday 6th December. Unfortunately, the replacement was also damaged and the carrier company destroyed the damage, without making us aware. I have arranged a full refund which should arrive in your bank within the next 3-5 working days. Again, I can only apologise for the delay along with the inconvenience caused by these damages. Good Morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and time on the phone. As discussed, please do accept my apologies for the incorrect gloves being received. As mentioned we have 2 brands in our warehouse to compensate if we get low on one of the brands so we do not run out of stock all together. We have taken this as an opportunity to update our website which now states 'Brand Supplied may Vary' I hope this gives you confirmation we take complaints seriously and use these to help better our business. “Delighted with my delivery however the box of deepio has a tear so the packaging had powder in it upon opening. Its not too much of an issue really. Great company. Great quality generally. Thank you!”
