Room for improvement: I have ordered from Medirite a couple of times and both times I waited for 10+ days for delivery. I then had to contact Medirite and chase up the order. My suggestions are these: 1. that Medirite puts an estimated delivery date on the order confirmation. 2. This date is estimated, ie not set in stone. However, I am sure you have a good idea or should have a good idea how quick or slow YOUR suppliers and/or manufacturers will fulfil YOUR order. 3. I really don't mind waiting, BUT then, DO NOT tell the customer the goods are with the courier, if they are not. Instead, just tell the customer what the state of play is. Re packaging 4. I order big boxes of Persil washing powder, but twice I found that the contents of one of them had spilt out in the outer packaging box. Once I could see the box had been wet at the bottom. I realise this might have nothing to do with Medirite; the items ordered might come straight from the manufacturer. On the very plus side: the ladies I have spoken to in your customer service team are aces. Friendly and extremely helpful. 5* to them, thank you, ladies!!! Apart from the delivery issue, I am happy with Medirite. I hope my suggestions are helpful in any way. As a customer, I now know I should order 2 weeks before I run out of washing powder.

Unfortunately we had a supply issue from our supplier and were not made aware of the issues until after our delivery date and these had not been received with us. When items are out of stock at the time of order, there will be a notice on the item screen stating 'Extended delivery time - please allow 7-10 working days' if you would like a more finite delivery date, please do feel free to give us a call and we can advise on this. Thank you very much for your feedback, we rely on this to better our service and highlight which areas are not our strongest. Boxes of soap power we damaged on arrival, we therefore lost some of the product.

The product was good. I ordered the product and it was acknowledged straight away 23.4.25. I heard nothing so I emailed the company on 28.4.25, explaining there had been no update on delivery. 29.4.25 I was told it was scheduled to arrive 2.5.25. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive, it arrived 6.5.25. it's a shame communication let's the firm down as the product was good.

I can see on our website this item states ''Extended delivery time - please allow 7-10 working days'' in which your order arrived within 8 working days. ​ Unfortunately, this was delayed with our carrier company and should have been with you Friday 2nd May as per my colleagues email so I do apologise for the delay with this and also not being able to make you aware prior to the delay. My produt took a lot longer to arrive than it should. I was not informed but when I emailed to ask what was happing, they were helpful.

Good Afternoon Emma, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on our website. Firstly, please allow me to apologise for the delay with your order. I know you have had previous correspondence with my colleague who advised this is a non-stocked line. Unfortunately with items like this we solely rely on the supplier giving us up to date delivery dates and letting us know of any issues. This item was on back order with them and they did not make us aware, hence the delay to yourself. ​I am pleased your order has now arrived but again, I do apologise for the delay.

The products are good thank you. Lack of information regarding dispatch. I was not informed of who the courier was or when the goods had been sent. They were dumped outside a neighbours property - I did not get any notification from the courier at all regarding delivery.

Good Morning, Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. As with all of our deliveries you should have received an email from our third party carrier advising who would be delivering and confirming your 2 hour delivery slot. I can only apologise once again that this email was not received by yourself. We have spoken to the carrier service to advise them of this and to advise the delivery was left at the wrong delivery location. good product but spout needs to be longer & more round, nose has to be pressed up against the lid to be able to drink properley & safely

Prompt service but product consistency seems to be an issue. The 20kg bin liners received last week were different and seemingly thinner than those received a few months ago

Hi Chris, I'm sorry the hear that the bin liners seem thinner that the ones you received a few months ago. We have not changed our supplier so the specification should not have changed. This seems a great vacum and ok price, but unfortunately for me being disabled , it was too heavy for me.Great for people who have no mobility problems.

Hi Wendy, I'm sorry to hear that your order was delayed. I can see that your order left us on time on the same day of order - 2nd January and we expected this to be with you the next day 3rd January. Apologies as I can see the order was then delayed at the carrier's hub and was not delivered to you until the 4th January. I'm afraid the carrier did not notify us of this delay. I have passed this complaint to our Operations Director to take up with the carrier. Apologies for the inconvenience. All orders below our minimum spend of £50 before tax will have our standard delivery charge of £7.50 (including tax). Whilst we do expect orders to arrive with you the next day if placed before 3:30pm, we do not charge extra for this service.

Item was correct when it eventually arrived but almost 4 weeks is an unreasonable amount of time for delivery. It wasn't the courier's fault - it just took weeks for Medirite to dispatch it. I would not recommend this company.

We're sorry to hear that there was a long delay with your order. Looking at the order I can see that unfortunately this item was out of stock at the time of order. This would have been advised at the time on our website. Our warehouse team dispatched this order as soon as the items were received from our supplier. Apologies for any inconvenience.

I chose the urinal bottle on line. It was one of a few not complicated by unnecessary handles. Now in use, it does not stand well when filled. It is only a matter of time before it topples and spills. Delivery was 2 days after the day given. I was out when first attempt at delivery tried (a day late).

Item arrived 5 days after ordering and was fine but very dirty and dusty when I opened the box. Luckily as it was plastic it cleaned up ok.
