“Trying to upload photos of damaged and rolled envelope and wrinkled print, but it's not working. Please, when packaging a print, include heavier stock to keep the print flat. Heavy books took away the roll but not the wrinkle.”

“Overall my eperience of purchasing from Media Sorehouse was positive. However, I was diappopinted with one of my items, a larger print that had had its borders altered as it was smaller than the original. While I accept that the fault was mine and that I had been warned that in the size I had chosen would have this result, I didn't fully appreciate that this would shorten the foreground to the extent that the picture now appears to be unbalanced. I have not hung the picture as a reult.I wonder if it is possible to make this point clearer to the buyer when they are selecting size. Thank you”

To help customers fully understand potential changes in layout, we recommend reviewing the product description and images on our website before making a purchase. On our "Choose Your Product" page, we display any layout differences due to print size selection, and the order preview on the "Shopping Cart" page confirms these adjustments with a message that reads: “The original artwork is a slightly different shape than the paper, so margins are added as shown in the preview. Click Adjust Cropping to make adjustments.” Your suggestion to make this information even clearer is invaluable, and we’ll review how we can improve this process to ensure the final product meets every customer’s expectations. “I purchased a print from Media Storehouse of the Giuseppe De Nittis painting "In the Wheat Fields". Instead of providing a print of the PAINTING in the 10x13" size specified, I received a 9x12" print of the painting with a one inch clearly faux frame border all the way around which was actually part of the print itself! It was as if they had taken a picture of the painting AND matting. What on earth were they thinking?? Beware of ordering prints from Media Storehouse - they sell really expensive tacky garbage.”

“Great product.Massive Blues fan.This jigsaw puzzle of the team of the 70's took me back to my childhood. My 2 favourite players, Francis and Latchford feature in the line up so I have glued it to a canvas and made a picture of it. Not the cheapest of jigsaws but nostalgic.”
