“I ordered four prints as cards. Three had a small top and bottom boarder and one did not. Which is a real shame as I intend to mount them and they will not look the same. Fed ex were the courier company from UK to Greece and while it was not Media Stores fault they did not get delivered the first time, although the correct phone number were given, the cards arrived to Greece and then got returned to the UK. So they took ages to finally arrive. The first time the delivery attempt was made, I was told FED EX had tried to contact me, but no one contacted me, for the first attempt. Media Store to their credit did resend the cards so they finally arrived 6 weeks later. Greece tells me that Fed Ex wil charge me 10 euros plus vat for import tax etc so I may or may not have that hazzle to argue about at a later date.So unless you are desperate, perhaps do not order if you are not living in the UK. And check the mountings on the cards themselves. All the cards were also slightly bent on one corner...”

“I emailed suzanne at Media Storehouse a week or so ago, telling her how pleased I was with the jigsaws. I am always happy with the service. I cannot fault it at all. The products are second to none and the choice available seems limitless. The service is also very fast. No sooner have I ordered two or three jigsaws online they seem to arrive at my house via Royal Mail. Incredible! I really couldn't ask for more.”
