Thanks for your feedback – glad to hear you’re happy with the item 🙂 As everything is custom made, it does take a little time to produce, but we actually managed to ship your order a day earlier than the estimated timeframe. Framed prints are usually delivered the next business day once dispatched, depending on the courier. Hope the recipient enjoys their gift!

At checkout, customers can choose between two layout options: Print the Entire Image, which preserves the full image, or Zoom and Crop, which fills the print area but may crop parts of the image. A clear preview is shown at both the product page and in the shopping cart, where cropping can also be adjusted before confirming the order. We do encourage all customers to carefully review the product descriptions and preview images before placing an order, as this helps ensure the final result meets expectations. We can confirm that your print was produced exactly in line with the layout option selected at the time of ordering. “I bought a print for my best friend's birthday. It was a black-and-white for $80. It was such poor quality that when I gave it to my friend she thought I had bought her a frame at target with a stock image in it. It was a complete rip off. This company said: sorry you feel that way. Stay away from these people.”

“The b/w print I paid $80 for was SO poor quality that I was so embarrassed to give it as a gift. My friend thought it was a disposable stock photo like from a frame at Target. She thought the gift was just the frame. It was a TERRIBLE print, and I will never order from these overpriced scammers again.”
