“I was thrilled to see an offering for a puzzle with an image of the ship my mother-in-law came over on from Italy! Unfortunately, the puzzle pieces were not cut all the way through which left several pieces damaged. The bank card I used to purchase the puzzle was also shut down because the charge was ran through a foreign country. And subsequently, my paypal account was disabled. It felt like such a nice, thoughtful gift for my husband for Christmas but has turned into quite a disappointment and definitely a hassle with my banking. I would not purchase from this company again.”

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — we’re genuinely sorry to hear how disappointing this was, especially as the puzzle was intended to be a meaningful Christmas gift. Regarding the puzzle, we agree that pieces not being fully cut is not acceptable. That said, based on the photos provided, the pieces appear to be held by very small tabs and can be easily separated. If any pieces were damaged during this process, this would be treated as a production fault and we would of course arrange a replacement or refund. As this review was posted anonymously, we kindly ask that you contact us directly if further assistance is required. As for the payment issue, we should clarify that we do not process or store card details ourselves. All payments are handled securely via PayPal or Stripe. As our company is UK-based, some international banks may flag transactions automatically, even when they are completely legitimate. We understand how frustrating this can be, but this is controlled by the card issuer rather than by us. We take pride in producing high-quality, historically meaningful puzzles, and we truly hope to resolve this for you.

“The end product was lovely and looked good quality. The service was speedy and efficient. My only disappointment was that it was bought as a gift with a significant meaning. It would hang been nice if there’d been a note stating the name of the print and artist with a little detail, included in the package.”

“With a published lead/ delivery timeframe of 3/5 days. Once ordered at all times an estimated dispatch date was given and even 5 days later it was still not shipped with the estimated dispatch date still shown as the date in the past. Due to this delay it was pointless to send it to the original destination. A request was made to change the destination address with myself paying the extra postage. I was informed via email this was not possible even though it was days off being shipped and to hope for a resolution that it turns up on time. I had to have someone receive the parcel and then forward it to the UK. Where due to the lateness I had to get someone else to organise and pay for framing. Email communications were either blunt and unhelpful or unanswered Regards Warren hogg”

As mentioned in our direct communication, once an order is confirmed, it immediately enters our automated production process, which means we’re unable to modify, cancel, or redirect it—even if it has not yet shipped. This system ensures efficiency and consistency in production, but it does mean we cannot retrieve or amend individual items once processing has begun. For future reference, we also have a UK store where orders can be placed for quicker delivery to UK addresses. We’re also sorry to hear you found our email communications unhelpful. Our team aims to respond promptly and courteously to all enquiries, and we regret if your experience fell short of that standard.
