This was bought as a Christmas present and it's come with a lot of dirty marks on it plus there is one piece missing and I know I haven't lost it as I was sorting all the pieces Into 2 different boxes. Just a bit disappointed

We want to assure you that all our products are professionally reproduced and hi-res files are not edited prior to production, ensuring an accurate representation of the original artwork selected for your gift. However the quality of historical images can vary due to factors such as the age and condition of the original photograph or document. Despite this, we endeavor to faithfully capture the artistic character and authenticity of the original artwork in our prints. Regarding the missing puzzle pieces; each puzzle is cut individually, making them unique, and the pieces from one puzzle are unlikely to fit into another. While our puzzles are made and sealed in a closed system to prevent loss during production, we have occasionally had cases where customers reported missing pieces that were later found after a thorough check. We recommend thoroughly inspecting the area where the puzzle was being completed, as well as other rooms in the house. Sometimes, pieces can inadvertently get caught on sleeves or surfaces and then fall out elsewhere. We understand this can be frustrating and assure you that we are here to assist you in any way we can. Whoever rolled up the print obviously wasn't aware that they were dealing with a $100+ item. Print arrived with dents and creases that fortunately our framer was able to fix. We previously ordered the same print from Art.com for $25. It also came creased but more severely so it couldn't be framed. So I guess we just paid an extra $75 for smaller creases! Don't waste your money on their "fine art" print option - virtually the exact same thing we got from art.com for $25. And they refunded the $25 when I called (and actually got to talk to a live person) to report the damage

Trying to obtain a couple of high-res scans for publication in a railway magazine to mark the 70th anniversary of Studio Canal's movie The Titfield Thunderbolt proved really difficult. In the end I got some - though not the ones I wanted and - as Editor - had to pay for them out of my own pocket!

We understand that you initially encountered difficulties finding the specific high-resolution scans you were looking for. However, we are pleased to hear that you found some in the collections available through our License Storehouse. We strive to provide a wide range of quality images to meet the needs of our customers, and we're glad that we could help you locate the suitable rights managed license for your publication. Regarding the matter of payment, you mentioned that as the Editor, you had to cover the cost of the images from your own pocket. We apologise for any unexpected expenses however licenses do need to be purchased for commercial use of the images. I could not make a repeat order as I had forgotten my password. The website did not reply to reset my password. I had to order using husband’s email address as they put a x by my email address. The cards I ordered did not have the typed message inside that I requested. I could not make a third order so went to National Portrait Gallery website.

We appreciate your feedback and want to let you know all prints are professionally reproduced on modern lab systems. Online previews are optimised so that they are served quickly to browsers and are of lower quality than those used for production. We feel it's also important to mention individual computers reproduce colours in different ways, making exact colour matching impossible over the internet, therefore the colours on physical products may differ from your screen personal view. I thought the picture itself, before the frame was going to be 22'x32' turns out no, the was the outside dimensions of the frame, picture with frame is smaller than I wanted. disappointed with the size.

We do product illustrations and lots of other information about our products for customers. This includes dimensions in the specifications, which can be found in the info tab underneath each product. If you do not wish to keep the print you may of course return it as we do offer a 30 return guarantee. If this is your preferred option please let us know by sending a message to sales@mediastorehouse.com and we will send the return instructions right away. Although the photo & frame were great, we weren’t told we had to pay an additional $45 in Customs. Wish we had known.

Our packaging is standardised and we do our very best to securely pack products so that they arrive safely and this does happen generally but we do have to rely on our carriers to take care of them on our behalf and we are sorry that this did not happen in this instance. I'm enjoying the Triumph Spitfire puzzle, but I have 3 concerns: - Many pieces are peeling and will need to be reglued, once the puzzle is completed. - It's extremely difficult to make, because many pieces are very close in shape and color that I have had many pieces put in the wrong spot and have to reposition them more than once. - The quality of the puzzle pieces is not great, I have bought puzzles that cost less than half and were of much better quality. On the other hand, being able to have images of cars that I owned over 50 years ago is cool.

There is a level of repetition in jigsaw shapes with each matching piece away from its pair and we agree the image does have lots of the same block colours with very little variation making it more challenging to complete and also increasing the possibility of putting pieces in the wrong place. Nevertheless we're glad you think the puzzle is cool. The print itself was beautiful but it would have been better if information as to where the print was off would have been better as it was gift. Also paid for express delivery but it didn't arrive on time for a birthday present as FedEx held it over from the Thursday until the Tuesday. Was not given opportunity to send a gift card with the print either. The extra for express delivery was excessive considering it wasn't delivered in time.

All our framed prints are sent FedEx courier service. Generally FedEx deliver next business day however sorry to read, on this occasion, the delivery took 1 a day longer. Unfortunately, due to our production workflow, we're unable to provide a gift message service however our customers do receive an email on dispatch which enables them to let recipients know when their gift is on the way.
