Thanks for your feedback – glad to hear you’re happy with the item 🙂 As everything is custom made, it does take a little time to produce, but we actually managed to ship your order a day earlier than the estimated timeframe. Framed prints are usually delivered the next business day once dispatched, depending on the courier. Hope the recipient enjoys their gift!

We would kindly suggest checking your spam or junk folder, as our response may have been filtered there. All of our products are made to order. At checkout, customers can choose between two layout options: Print the Entire Image, which preserves the full image, or Zoom and Crop, which fills the print area but may crop parts of the image. A clear preview is shown at both the product page and in the shopping cart, where cropping can also be adjusted before confirming the order. We do encourage all customers to carefully review the product descriptions and preview images before placing an order, as this helps ensure the final result meets expectations. We can confirm that your print was produced exactly in line with the layout option selected at the time of ordering. We’re very sorry for any disappointment this may have caused and hope this explanation helps clarify the situation and assists with future orders. If you would like to return the print for a refund, please contact us via direct message and we will be happy to assist further.

“I bought a print for my best friend's birthday. It was a black-and-white for $80. It was such poor quality that when I gave it to my friend she thought I had bought her a frame at target with a stock image in it. It was a complete rip off. This company said: sorry you feel that way. Stay away from these people.”

“The b/w print I paid $80 for was SO poor quality that I was so embarrassed to give it as a gift. My friend thought it was a disposable stock photo like from a frame at Target. She thought the gift was just the frame. It was a TERRIBLE print, and I will never order from these overpriced scammers again.”

“Chose this as a retirement gift for a Pools fan. It hasn't been given yet so can't speak about it's quality. Delivery however was spot on and quick. Rather pricey for a jigsaw though.”

“I placed this order on Feb 7 and was pleased to receive a notice that it was delivered on Feb 14. When I went to the secure package locker in my building to retrieve my order, I found only an open and empty box. The order was shipped in a triangular box that was not taped at the ends, and clearly the box popped open at some point in transit and the item fell out. Why UPS delivered an empty, open box to me is beyond my comprehension, but I reached out to Media Storehouse immediately to try and resolve the issue. I emailed them on Feb 14. On Feb 15, I received a response asking for photos of the open and empty box, inside and out, with an assurance that once I sent them, a replacement would be “swiftly” arranged. I sent those photos the same day, Feb 15. I followed up by email on Feb 17, as I hadn’t heard anything about my replacement and received no response. On Feb 19 I called and left a voicemail. On Feb 20, I received an email in response to my call telling me an “investigation” was underway and they would update me—no timeline was given for either the update or the replacement. There was also no explanation of what was meant by an “investigation”. At this point I’ve paid for an item, I haven’t received it, and the service I’ve received from the company has been terrible.”
