“Really impressed with the quality of pictures. I didn’t know you get get pictures about Trilobites and was so pleased to find them to put with my fossil collection. I couldn’t recommend this company enough.”

“Chose this as a retirement gift for a Pools fan. It hasn't been given yet so can't speak about it's quality. Delivery however was spot on and quick. Rather pricey for a jigsaw though.”

“I was delighted to discover two rare historical images to purchase in the catalogue. Service was exremely fast. I opted for cheapest version, the greeting card, which suited my purpose excellently, and would like to suggest a further option - the print on plain white card of 6x4, with the option of no cropping but with any necessary border being variable in width to allow for this. The card would then fit into standard albums. My only (small) criticism of the black and white prints is that they were a trifle too dark. Was lightening up an option? I didn't notice this.”

“The end product was lovely and looked good quality. The service was speedy and efficient. My only disappointment was that it was bought as a gift with a significant meaning. It would hang been nice if there’d been a note stating the name of the print and artist with a little detail, included in the package.”

“original order arrived damaged. i sent two photos showing the damage to envelope and the print inside. i recieved a new undamaged replacement immediately. i am pleased. product could have been packaged better, with stronger stiffening material inside the envelope, and thicker, better paper for the actual print.”

“The framed Negroni print arrived quickly and was very well packaged. It’s a very contemporary modern print and we really like the vibrant colours. We have placed it on a white wall where it stands out very well.”

“Overall my eperience of purchasing from Media Sorehouse was positive. However, I was diappopinted with one of my items, a larger print that had had its borders altered as it was smaller than the original. While I accept that the fault was mine and that I had been warned that in the size I had chosen would have this result, I didn't fully appreciate that this would shorten the foreground to the extent that the picture now appears to be unbalanced. I have not hung the picture as a reult.I wonder if it is possible to make this point clearer to the buyer when they are selecting size. Thank you”

On our "Choose Your Product" page, we display any layout differences due to print size selection, and the order preview on the "Shopping Cart" page confirms these adjustments with a message that reads: “The original artwork is a slightly different shape than the paper, so margins are added as shown in the preview. Click Adjust Cropping to make adjustments.” Your suggestion to make this information even clearer is invaluable, and we’ll review how we can improve this process to ensure the final product meets every customer’s expectations. “Very pleased with my first purchase which was a card of Mick Doohan at this years Festival of Speed. (2024) Which was only weeks ago. Looked for a selection of bike cards,of bikes or riders and was pleasantly surprised at the choice. Arrived quickly and in good order. Thrilled by quality but a little stung by the price!”

Regarding the delivery delay; international deliveries can take longer due to the process of passing through local government customs checks. “I was very satisfied with the card. But was disappointed that it was posted in a plain envelope with no protection. This resulted in a small crease in the card which could have been avoided with a tough postage envelope.”
