“The clothes are a bit more expensive than what I would normally pay but the dresses are in lovely prints and fabric, flattering shapes and unusual. I would have given 5 stars but because I am only just over 5 foot the midi and maxi lengths are too long so a limited choice. Love the tops and knitwear too. No problems with delivery, returns or refunds.”

“I fell in love with Me+Em way back 2009 and up till now I am a fan. it has maintained its quality in clothing material, focus on details of every product with design and comfort always considered. The description of each piece and how it is presented/modelled online are accurate and very helpful for those who shop online. I like that each piece provides a specific size chart though I noticed this seems not to be so anymore. Pls bring back your usual size chart for each piece. I usually shop on Sale and that’s because Me+Em is timeless, classic and forever. Customer service is outstanding! To top it, I feel good and confident when Im wearing Me+Em.”

“It is the only company that makes exactly what I like and the fit is amazing. I am a 10 with a 36 full bust, so not easy. I have very narrow shoulders. The designs are amazing and always attract interest and questions. Price is higher but worth every penny Delivery and returns excellent. “I love the brand. I’ve been a customer for many years and regularly buy a few pieces each season. My only criticism is that I am short at 5ft 3 and would really like a longer and shorter length is both trousers and long dresses. I have to shorten most of the garments I buy from you I’m sure I can’t be the only one.”

“As a 75 year old, size 10 and 5’10” tall, I am delighted to find trousers long enough! Love the clothes especially the maxi lengths, although I would be happier to see some of the more casual dresses with elbow length or longer sleeves. At a certain age, many of us need some form of sleeves. Continue to make me happy !”

“Love the brand, and bought many items over the year. Great designs, always with an edge to them and pretty ageless. Delivery and any returns always dealt with v quickly. My only gripe, like most other comments here, is in relation to length of trousers and dresses. I have things altered but this is expensive on top of already pricey items. As you are asking for feedback, which has been given before, it would be great if you could listen and offer as least different lengths especially as this is a common theme.”

“Having not been refunded for a number of items for over a month, I contacted Me and Em's customer service team who said there had been a glitch in the system and my return was overlooked. They said they would pass my comments on to the management team. I was expecting to get some sort of response but didn't receive anything from them. This was not the first time this has happened, so check your bank accounts after returning something!”

“I look forward to ME+EM monthly drops. The collections are stylish & well made. The prices are manageable but I will not buy any of their products made in China. Customer Service varies from excellent to Damn right rude, especially if you ask to have an order sent to a store, which means effort is required on their part. Free postage should be provided for orders over £150.”
