“Service and quality excellent. Though I have bought many items from you over the last few years, I am not a typical customer being nearly 90(!). However I find that if I choose carefully there is always something different but not too extreme or over-youthful. One quibble: though tallish I do find your full-length trousers are sometimes too long and hems get frayed and worn. I have never needed to return anything”

“I love ME+EM and its usually the first place I look for something new. The quality is great and the design features add a nice touch. I wish the trousers, especially the looser styles came in a shorter length. I'm average height but find many of the trousers just too long.”

“I love the styling of the clothes I’m trying to buy less but better quality to help the environment and my conscience. I can only buy online but service is great very easy returns. I would love a shop or franchise in John Lewis Leeds as I often have to buy a couple of different sizes and never sure how things fit so quite expensive to try at home and then return all the unwanted sizes. It is expensive compared to some shops but the style, versatility and look is superior so I prefer to pay a bit more and wear lots! Thanks Me and Em, just a shop in the north please!”

“I am a repeat customer and can confidently say that I have purchased a piece from every season and often more. Unlike other brands that cut for a specific body type, this brand designs and delivers for all. The pieces are classic enough that they stand the test of time but edgy enough that you still feel like you are wearing a piece that is keeping up with fashion. The delivery, return and refunds process is straight forward and their customer services is very helpful. The price point is in line with high end retail but I have found that the quality of their pieces is superior (and I have washed mine alot!) and its clear that significant thought and understanding has gone into creating pieces that endure and that are inclusive of all body types. My only request is that they design more knee length dresses :)”

“Great quality, beautifully made and packed. Returns made very easy and refunds are prompt. Trousers fit beautifully but descriptions a little limited. Maybe elaborate words like “relaxed” or give hem width so one can differentiate wide, flared, palazzo, etc and so reduce returns. Maybe have more mid length dresses/skirts. I love the dresses but few suit multiple occasions as, sadly, life is so much more casual. Add sleeves/wraps, etc?”

“Customer service is always excellent, both in store and online. Staff give an honest opinion and are friendly and helpful without being pushy. I prefer to shop in store as I find returning goods a hassle, however when ordering online the process is straightforward and delivery is within the time frame promised. This was particularly useful during Covid lockdowns. The clothes are excellent quality and remain good value for money even though price increases have been necessary of late.”

“I like the quality, the styles (not do much the long floral dresses but they aren’t me to be fair), the range for different aspects of lifestyle and the fact that there isn’t too much choice… I would love to see the classic wide leg trousers in shorter lengths and the shoes in smaller sizes - I’m petite so not everything works. I also would appreciate some kind of customer loyalty discount occasionally as I buy so much!”

“Me + Em clothes are well made with great attention to detail . I think their designs are well thought out . I have purchased several items . Jackets all of which are well tailored , also a beautifully cut suede jacket , jumpers in a high quality cashmere , merino wool cardigans and jumpers which have worn very well . The various dresses jeans and tops I bought are a great fit. I really enjoy wearing their clothes you can mix and match and add items from season to season . Honestly I can’t fault anything and would highly recommend shopping at Me +Em. I live in Ireland so purchase online. Best of all they deliver within a few days and on the odd occasion when I did have to return an item I was refunded immediately. At 5ft 10 I find lots to fit and the trs coming in the longer length is a great choice for me”
