“One of my increasingly few ‘go-to’ brands. Prompt and efficient service, easy returns. Excellent quality although recent ‘forever’ T shirt was flimsy and see through. I am short and like your cropped tops and jackets and prefer the AW masculine edge to the feminine vibe in the SS season. I have always loved your traditional joggers and cargo styles but these are being replaced by longer, wider leg trousers which are not my thing. Please make sure you keep the quality and remember us shorter women!”

“I'm a regular customer, I love the quality and the fit. Although I'm unable to buy many of the skirts or dresses as I'm short, I find that the crop pants do fit well in length. I have found majority of items of clothing to be true to size. I live in Australia and I have found delivery to be fast and I love that I actually get charged in Australian dollars.”

“Love the current but classic vibe & csuperb quality. Can just about cope with the length in the trousers so many have mentioned but am not able to wear it in skirts & dresses - The beautiful velvet dress & tulle skirt from last winter was made for someone far more statuesque than me. Conversely, jackets can be a bit snug across my, not really that broad, shoulders. I love the look books though & adore the pieces I’ve bought, that have been expensive but are well worn. Ease of ordering & return are excellent. I will continue to be a loyal customer.”

“I am a regular customer as I’m never disappointed with the perfect combination of a slightly edgy style and excellent quality. I’m 68 and love how the cloths make me feel fashionable. They are so easy to wear. It’s my go to shop when I want something new each season, or sometimes between! The prices are on the high side but per ware are good value for money. I would love a shop in the north of England. Maybe Harrogate, Leeds or York. The cost of postage is sometimes a high proportion of what I want to buy. I’m a size 16 but sometimes in trousers a 14 fits better. Also the style affects how garments fit on my bust. It’s expensive to buy several sizes together and results in excessive returns. However the returns policy is quick and easy.”

“Great quality clothes. The wide leg pants are my wardrobe staple. Love the tailoring and the length. I find the tops to be a bit on the short side and therefore rarely buy tops. The skirts are beautiful and dresses are also great. I have been a customer for 5 years and am loyal to your reliable and classic brand!”

“I just love ME+EM clothing! Well made and for me at 5ft9 the trouser, dress and skirt lengths are perfect, something I have struggled with from other brands. One small comment would be to have dresses with a short or cap sleeve. I don’t have great arms but do get them out when it’s warm and a short sleeve is better than no sleeve😊 Your delivery service is excellent and communication about when there might be challenges has also been very clear, managing expectations. Staff in stores are so helpful and charming, please keep up the good work!”

“Expensive, generally designed for tall and slim figures. Longer than other retailers to refund returns. Would appreciate article reviews on website which would help decide whether an item would suit as sizing varies for me between 8-12 on past purchases. Great for luxe joggers. I buy a few key pieces each season, quality generally good.”

“I have been a loyal customer for years. Your clothes have something for every age. My granddaughter is 21 and I am 80. We both wear and love your clothes. They are fashionable and timeless. When I look at your new spring collection I see many things that are either sleeveless or long sleeved. I can’t wear sleeveless and long sleeves are too hot for southern summers. “I love the clothing except the pants are too long. I’ve read that remark by many so not sure why it’s not being addressed. I have to spend extra money on a tailor when the clothes are already expensive. I don’t mind paying a bit more for high quality but the prices are limiting. I was disappointed in the cashmere vest as it looked a bit scruffy. I’ve kept it as it goes perfectly with the pants I ordered and I love layering. The dresses and most tops are too frilly and puffy for my taste. Like a little girls clothing. Again they look better on tall women and I’m petite. Sizing is a bit confusing and I think inconsistent between sometimes British sizing and American sizing. Returns should be free. And I agree with others that a rewards or loyalty program would be nice. I have 5 pair of your pants hanging in my closet. They are beautifully made and unique. I appreciate your layering suggestions and feel very sharp in your clothes. Again…Please offer shorter lengths. Customer service is very good although even they got the conversion size wrong once.”

“Living in a rural area, I rely a great deal on shopping online. MeandEm sizing is consistent, and styling hits the right note between looking elegant, but with a bit of fun. As a retired, but rather busy person, that's what I want. The clothes are not cheap, but are well-made and finished, using good quality fabrics. They do not follow instant whims of fashion, so they are not 'wear a few times, then throw away'. Delivery is usually reliable, and when a jacket was left out of a parcel, there was no argument about replacing it. They do tend to be rather long, both trousers and dresses, and I am 5'6", so petite women need to study the garment measurements carefully.”
