“I love the Me and Em clothes and the long lengths are fabulous if you are tall, however the waistline is always far, far too high. As soon as you raise your arms the waist seam moves under the arms. It seems to be like this on all their styles. Shame”

“Quality of products not bad, the sizing is off for and far too long for petite 5ft 3. Refund/return is taking a while and without resolution. The customer service I cannot fault though just their processes, I’ve proven that I have sent the items back but no investigation has taken place as of yet and now 9 working days.”

We appriciate your patience whilst waiting for your refund and I can see that you have been in contact with one of my collegues regarding this. It looks like your refund has since been issued within our return timeframe as we advise online. At present, we ask our customers to allow at least 10 working days for their return request to be processed from the date of posting their return. Once your return has been received at our warehouse, we will inspect its condition. A confirmation email will be sent to the account holder once the refund is processed. As my colleague advised we are more than happy to process your return request for your items with a copy of your proof of postage and tracking number after these 10 working days have passed. Thank you for your understanding and patience whilst waiting for your refund. We understand that it can take a while to receive your refund and as a business we are working on a new return system that will hopefully speed up our return process and improve our customer journey! “I've been frustrated trying to find nice, stylish and interesting clothes at all my usual go-tos. I stumbled on the ME+EM website, ordered a number of things, and was thrilled with the results. Everything fit me as expected, the materials are a good quality, and the designs are flattering. Shipping to the US was fine, no issues. “I've purchased a ton of ME+EM clothing and I love the classic, yet fresh styles. A bonus -- the pieces are designed for maximum flexibility with buttons, cuffs and such able to change it up and the pieces mix and match with each other. They also ayer very well with each other. I want to put in a vote for us taller girls, I'm 5'8" and have returned a few items because they were too short. Just mentioning, because I hope you do not shorten your pants! ; ) I've found delivery to be fast and returns are fairly easy. I do wish you didn't have to wait until you received all items in an order before returning items as sometimes that can take awhile. The price point is relatively high and most of the pieces justify the cost and then some. However, I've bought a few tops that felt a bit thin and rough for the price and was disappointed. I expect thicker and/or softer for $200-$300 tops. On my wish list: introduce a new dress silhouette as the long dresses with the drop waists aren't very flattering (at least on me, a size 6/8) and I feel the shorter dresses are just a touch short for my age. I also wish there were tops and sweaters that aren't boxy -- if only just a few pieces. I really love the interesting, yet still timeless, fabrics and patterns and just enjoy wearing something different from everyone else. I would say that ME + EM is an elevated British version of J Crew -- and mean that in the best way!”

“Good quality. It just hard to fit to someone like me 5’3” especially the dresses. All of them are way too long. Wish they make some thing for petit size. Another thing is return and refund. It takes too long to get the fund back.”
