“ME+EM is a fashion company that I am thrilled to have discovered! The excellent quality and classic style of your clothes and color choices are perfect! I have ordered clothing and boots with great success. The size guide is spot on, I would say some of your longer dresses are too long for the 5"6" woman. Adjustments on the dress length would be helpful Customer service is good although the return process can be a bit cumbersome. I look forward to each of your new clothing styles introduced. “I love the quality of the clothing. The styles are beautiful, and the clothes are very well made. I am short (5'0"). I know other people would purchase if you made petite sizing. I could literally make an extra pair of pants from the part removed to hem the garments to my size!! Overall, I am glad I found this brand, and I will be back. Also, it would be fabulous to find a drop-ship or logistics partner to enable free shipping. I am in the US, and every time I place a new order, I'm hit with a $15 shipping fee.”

“My daughter and I both love your clothes, we appreciate the quality and there are always great options for a working professional, and also for fun. But we are 5'4" and 5'1". PLEASE MAKE PETITE PANTS - the rise in your pants is for someone about 5'8"-10". Not to mention the length. We can hem skirts and dresses - even blouse sleeves - at least those that don't have all their detail at the bottom. You also put the buttons too close to the bottom of the sleeve on jackets, making them almost impossible to shorten without losing detail. And very costly to do. We would be even better customers if more of your styles worked for shorter women.”

“Being in the US, I find the quality of our clothing to be poor. me+em has quality clothing with classic cuts, lovely color ways and elegant styles. Deliveries and returns are easy. Refunds are a bit hard to follow as the process is a bit lengthy.”

“Your clothing is beautiful and unusual, and is of exceptional quality. I tend to buy your fall/winter items, as your pricing for summer/lighter pieces is quite high considering their use. Your sizing is a bit inconsistent, so I often need to buy two sizes and return the one that doesn’t work. Returns are easy enough, although living in the US it takes a long while for the process to be completed and for refunds to come through. I’ve also had the very exasperating experience or items going on sale after purchase but before I even receive them, and having to re-order at the lower price, then return the originally priced items because you do not give price adjustments. This is annoying and seems so inefficient. Otherwise, a beautiful brand. I wish there was a brick and mortar store closer to me in LA!”

“Pretty much everything I would consider ‘nice’ in my wardrobe is Me and Em. It just fits me. The style, the sizing and every single item lasts. I’m still wearing dresses I bought in 2019 and they are perfect. So pleased to be able get clothes from home here. Just wish you would open a shop in Orlando! Well maybe that would be dangerous…”

“I ordered 2 Outfits for Royal Ascot, returned one and kept the Green Silk Opened Shoulder Dress, tried it on and loved it straight away, but what I hadnt noticed at the time that there was a small cut in the material at the front, I went to press the dress on the day of the races and noticed the whole, we were staying in Windsor and didnt have a 2nd option to wear, so in such a panic as you can imagine, I rang the customer support as soon as they opened at 8.30am and spoke to a very kind lady Emma, who helped and agreed I could wear the dress and still return it after Royal Ascot, which I was truly grateful, then I sent it back on Monday and sent Emma a copy of the return note and the refund was in my account the very next day, this was the first time I had ordered from ME & EM and after this amazing customer service I will be placing another order very soon. Thank you Again”

“I am happy with ME+EM. I always find something that I like in every collection, unfortunately I can’t often afford them as the price tag is a little bit higher than I would like it to be! Saying that I bought several things from you in the last couple of years, some of which I had to return because I still find your sizing a little bit odd. I think some tops are too short and some dresses are too big than the usual Uk size and same goes with the trousers. I now know I need to downsize when I order from you and that’s ok! Returns and deliveries have always been fast and easy. I like your brand and I hope the quality of clothes will last...time will tell!”

“I have been a huge fan of Me+EM for a few years. I love the style and quality they provide. However, I have always struggled with the length of the sleeves and trousers.... I'm 5"7 so not particularly short. I almost always have to adjust the trousers, but sadly I hardly ever succeed with long sleeve tops as the beautiful detailing is usually at the cuff, which I would have to cut off. I agree with other reviewers, that recently the sizing and some of the fabrics have not been up to the usual standard. Happy days is to see a VIP preview message in my inbox.”

We have been taking on customer feedback in catering for the petite customer, and have recently released more items in shorter lengths, of which you can find by searching 'short length' on our website https://www.meandem.com/search?q=short%20length We have also made a lot of our sleeves adjustable by having elasticated features at the cuffs, and elasticated features on some blouses part way up the arm, so this can be lifted without affecting the look of the garment.
