“Quality isn't what it used to be...considering the price. Even with 50% off trousers but they used to be a perfect fit, sadly not the same. And of course, with being manufactured in China, very unreasonably asking for over £100 ...”

“Not recommended. I ordered a dress for a specific occassion. DHL emails noted the dress was going to be delivered on 4/29. It was not clear to me at all that this website ships from the UK. Now the package is stuck in customs and they want a tax id number. What a hassle and the dress will not be here for the event and I will have to return it regardless. Don't recommend this company.”

“I find your sizing true to size mostly. Experienced only one jacket that came up small, I wasn’t to keen on pocket placement so I didn’t reorder. I find it easier to buy 2 sizes in tops to accommodate an oversized look or fitted, this applies mainly to blouses for me and sometimes jackets. I love most of your collections and find them true capsule pieces, enjoying flicking and scrolling through. Well photographed, although some poses by models obscure the outfit a little and are not true to posture! I have only had one faulty item which I need to return as it is coming undone. A knitwear vest in lilac that I love the colour of and are loathed to return but it is faulty. Your customer services team handled it well but I need to return for a full refund which has been offered, so yet to finalise. Some items you price favourably and some not so much. Occasionally I question the quality of a fabric and if it is really worth the price tag. Pricing is always a difficult area for me as I favour paying more and not buying twice! You are not always going to suit everyone price bracket, does this keep the brand a little more exclusive. I quite like that you are mainly online as I hate changing rooms! I can try on with correct shoes etc Laundering some items concern me occasionally, is it going to look as fresh after. I do wish that you had an exchange facility that was available on the returns form for so that it could be handled at your end and also postage complimentary. A little disappointing when you need a different size to have to go through the whole ordering process and also postage. Postage should be complimentary when a client has spent over a certain amount also if you have a loyal customer. Maybe an app would help customers. All in all, happy with ME+EM Thanks”

“I didnt. I wanted to review the summer shoes in your catalogue. Ive never seen anything so bad. The fit, the sryle how did you all miss this so bad? What a shame...your models look hideous in them. Your summer season isnt great either. What happened?”

“I loved all the items I purchased. I did have to alter the pants since they were incredibly long and I am 170 cm. Unfortunately, most of the items I wanted were out of stock and were never restocked. Probably because I found you late in the season. I really wanted a shirt and leather pants that never came back into stock.”

“I love this company: the clothes are super stylish, well made, yet comfortable too. All their designs seem made for me so I rarely need to return anything but, if I do, it's all straightforward and reliable. Customer service is always very responsive if I ever have any queries (I have ditched other companies whose customer service is overstretched and under staffed). I'm mostly obsessed with the maxi dresses but do have a few pairs of trousers. Despite being only 5ft 4in, I still find trouser styles to suit - in the cropped or petite length ranges. More of these different length options would be fab. If I had to dress entirely in clothes from one shop only, it would be Me+Em!!”

“I finally found a style that suited and fitted me so well. I had so many compliments on every item I bought. . The only reason for the 4 star is the price - I bought items on the sale, and even that was a treat. I completely get that you pay for quality, but overall I think it’s very expensive.”

“I love the styles and quality of ME+EM clothing. My one issue is that the clothes are made for very tall people. This works out for some of the styles, but it is very hit or miss. It is hard to tell which items might work because all of the models except one (who appears very tall, just with more curves) all look over 6’ tall and are incredibly slim. Being an averaged sized short person, 5’2” I just have to order and hope. If a dress works, I always have to alter. Pants can work without alteration if they are cropped, resulting in a full length pant for me. However, the rise is always too long resulting in a less flattering fit. I absolutely love the items I find that do fit but I often have to return which, as others have mentioned is a tedious and long process from the US. If petite sizes were offered, especially in dresses and pants, ME+EM would be the first place I would look for both.”

“I used to love Me + Em but it seems to have changed its target market. I am 165cm 5'5, with an hour glass figure and weigh 118 pounds. The shorter, light weight summer dresses, with a ruffled/tiered skirt and beautifully detailed tops, from 2019-2020 I think collection, were amazing. One could wear to semi formal functions with heels, dress down with trainers, wear on planes and no crease and not too tight for international flights, everyone still complements me on them, all the time, and now there is nothing like them anymore - they are timeless, so saying out of fashion cannot be the reason. They are truly amazing and I would buy a wardrobe full of them in different fabrics and colours. But everything now seems to be for people six foot tall and wanting lots of fabric and non fitted items. I know the company policy is not to make them super fitted , but the amount of fabric per garment now and the length on a shorter or average height person, just makes them look old and or pregnant or fat...please bring back your form fitting clothes for average height slim /average sized people (UK8 or 10)”

“I love the Me and Em look. I have several of their shirts/blouses and I love them. At , just, 5 ft 4 I wish they offered different lengths in trousers. I do have one negative - my experiences with the staff at the Marylebone shop has often been poor. I find many of them curt and unfriendly - as if I the customer am interrupting the standing around and chatting.”

“I was absolutely thrilled that I somehow stumbled upon Me+Em a few years ago searching the internet for cute blouses. I love this company! I love the quality, the colors, the unique style selection and feel that the price point is good. I wish we had a store in San Diego though, but for now I order online and do not mind the $15.00 shipping fee. The return process is a bit slow, but it never stops me from trying to find clothes that work for me. I am a petite 5'3, so many of the dresses (maxi) are way too long, so I would love to see more dresses in petite sizes. My favorite is purchasing the crop pants because they are a perfect length for me (no alterations required). Hoping to return to London this year so I can experience the clothes in a beautiful boutique setting like I did last year!”
