“I processed my phone online and opted for the send it postal package. I received my Mazuma postal pack within a couple of days. Packaged my phone as per the instructions and posted my device. I then received my payment as soon as my device received and checked on the same day. The price was better than I could get at most other trade in dealers and the service was quick and easy. Will be using again in the future.”

“Said phone had faulty screen which was rubbish as phone was in perfect order. Offer £10. Said i want phone back”

Good morning, Thank you for your review, We are sorry to hear of your experience, All devices are thoroughly check by each technician. Any screen defect must be noted prior to sending, this can be from screen burn, white marks in the display, yellow halo or pink marks, this is the same for cracks, chips, cracked housing etc. This is why we have a grading process in place. If your device does not match the grade you initially selected then we will amend your order to reflect the correct grading.
