“Although product was delivered as expected, two of the three item delivered were damaged beyond use, as base had holes in them allowing collected condensation to escape.”

“Product was as bought, however the 'next day delivery' really meant over a week. When the box arrived, the two tins of paint therein looked has if they had been kicked round a football field, both with serious denting and buckling and with paint leaking out of one of them. I rang Maxwells' and to their credit, they offered me a £10 discount which I accepted and which they processed promptly. I understand that problems with their delivery service is not unheard of. I don't know why they don't change the delivery staff!”

“Very happy with the product and price, but 'next day' delivery was 6 days coming.”

“The picture on your product page is for the bottles that clip directly into the Ronseal sprayer - but the ones I was sent are just the standard bottles with a cap. This is disappointing as it is more of a hassle to pour into the sprayer, and then difficult to put back into the bottle. Apart from that, delivery was prompt.”
