“Need to change their delivery contractor as delivery promised on three occasions, waited in all day and never turned up. Chelsea at Maxwells was helpful and alternaitive deliveries were arranged but still a lot of wasted time and longer time for receipt of goods than expected.”

“Online ordering easy and delivery very quick. Courier was very helpful in off loading. Picket fence product quality was an issue. Poorly fabricated with many nails protruding or missing the timber. This is a safe handling issue (although i am not the kind of person to file a claim for personal injury) there are many whom will !!!!. quality control needs to be improved!! attached photos for you perusal.”

“Fencing ordered for delivery at my holiday home on a Friday so l could install fencing over weekend before l had to return to my main home. Friday am phone call to say my fencing was still in the North East and could not be delivered until Monday. Arrives as promised Monday am. before my return home. Lost two days when the fencing could have been effected instead of having to wait until my next visit.”

“The delivery was fast. However, the can was leaking on arrival and the paint colour was very disappointing - nothing like the colour chart. It was supposed to be a very pale mauve (Pale Thistle from the Cuprinol Garden Shades range) but after two coats on my shed it was just an off white with a bluish tinge - not mauve at all. I added two tester pots of Purple Pansy from the same range to the remaining half can and applied a third coat. I now have something that is a good approximation of what I wanted. However, I had to buy these pots. The paint was one mixed by Maxwells and I do wonder whether the mixing was correct as it was so different from what I ordered.”

“Product was Ok but I ordered two and only one was sent. These were urgent but Maxwells resent a second one that arrived a few days later. Product as expected and more than suitable as a small gate into our chicken run:)”
