“Good priced product, and quick delivery, but the paint pot lid had opened slightly and leaked During delivery, so either improved delivery packaging or improved delivery service needed. But otherwise all good”

“Ordered online and was happy with call to say items would be there on the Monday and would contact me when they did arrive so I could collect them. Unfortunately they did not ring me to let me know so when I rung they were there but they were closing and I would not have been able to get there in time so this let down the service slightly? Next day delivery is quoted on website but I ordered on Friday at 10.30 and will not get them till Tuesday!!!”

“Delivery was quick and well packed but wrong paint was delivered. Quickly sorted by customer services but needed another morning at home to accept delivery.”

“I was quite disappointed in that we place a large order and found out that you did not have the amount we ordered and now have to wait for the order which has had a knock on effect in that we have to now contact and reschedule the painter and see if the weather would be as good for us as this week and his schedule can be changed Also, I called directly thinking I could ask about the order and delivery; I wanted to place the order there and then, but I was told they could not take order payment over the phone which in today's technological age seemed awkward. Maybe, at that time, they could have told me that they did not have the complete order which may have help my schedule OR allowed me to seek another provider.”

“Ordered and paid for item to collect from store, first problem was what store I was collecting from as it only states northeast second problem was they didn't have any in my local shop or in the warehouse. After a few days I returned and the store people were not happy about this and desperately trying to contact the internet people. Anyway in the end the store gave me another product and charged the Internet guys for the difference.”

“Morning Your service was fine,,the only comment I would make is the box the goods were in was very badly damaged and one of the toolboxes was slightly damaged. However, it will not affect the function of the box. I relaise this is not your fault; it's the delivery company; Susan”

“Quick and easy ordering and the goods arrived on time (I got a text saying they'd arrive between 1pm and 2pm). BUT - even though I clearly listed a place hidden away at the rear of my house, which was easily accessible) to leave the parcel, I found it on the front doorstep. I was cross because anyone walking past could have taken it.”
