“I understand current issue but delivery of 1 to 7 days with no indication of when items delivered after waiting 7 days. Not good Should not keep taking orders if you can't deliver within 7 working days, by way 7 working days is quite a long time anyway Should be offering 1 to 5 days. Far too long”

“Iam still waiting for my order to be delivered. I ordered it one day just before the lock down. I was hoping it would still arrive, I did have email to say it was going to be but as off today 1st April no sign, things are bad out there so Iam not expecting delivery now.”

“Buying paint from Maxwells was great. Great price and fast delivery. But the product was not very good. Polycell 3 in 1 basecoat. When applying the area you have covered seconds before would come off when overlapping the next area. This has left a real mess and its really hard to sand flat. Ive since seen many reviews with this problem. So, Maxwells DIY is great, but don't buy the Polycell basecoat.”

“Purchased Firewood from Maxwells DIY. Logs delivered were too big in size, doesn't look like they bothered to cut them in standard firewood size logs. Reported to customer care about it and I got the response saying "size can be seen from the photograph of the product"...how can one know the size of the firewood log from the photograph??..only dimension or weight can be used to covey size of the logs.”
