“It said next working day delivery and although 1 item came fast, the next item took 4 days and I still haven't received the last item 5 days later.”

“A little disappointed as although it's a busy time of year the website states if order placed by 4pm then item will be dispatched for next day delivery. I called in the afternoon to confirm but got answerphone. Left message but no returned call. Placed order anyway but item not dispatched until day after so didn't arrive in time.”

“The fact that the request for a review came well before the order arrived says a lot. In fact it took 6 days from the order being placed for the paint to arrive which doesn't compare well with the competition. I shall try somewhere else next time.”

“Placed order on 3rd November evening, tried to phone on 7th November left message, no one returned call, phoned on 10th November, no one returned call, sent email to cancel items ordered, no return email of confirmation If you want to be kept in the dark then you must use this company”

“I placed an order on the morning of Mon 27th Oct for some paint. The website said it was in stock and offered a next day delivery so I confirmed the order, expecting delivery to be on Tues 28th Oct. At 5pm on Tues 28th I received an email saying that delivery wouldn't be until Friday 31st Oct. One of the reasons I ordered from Maxwells was because the website suggested that the paint was in stock and could be delivered quickly. I therefore wasn't very happy to hear late on the day of the expected delivery that it would in fact be another three days before I received the order.”

“You advertise next day delivery. I had an e-mail to say my goods were dispatched yesterday but they have not arrived and I have heard nothing to say when they are being delivered. I ordered on Sunday.”

“I am still waiting for my goods. next day delivery- It's not even next week. I think service is quicker to the moon. As for contacting them, well I have not succeeded yet. I will try again next week”
