“I live within walking distance of Maxwell's ashington when I made the enquiry I was told they didn't stock the size of paint I wanted directed me to website and said I could pick up in store. The website did not recognise Ashington store and would not let me proceed therefore had no other option but to pay £5.50 delivery charge which defeated the object of the special offer. If I didnt need the oaint I would of gone elsewhere”

“Ordered karcher wv2,picture showed spare blade but on receipt of the parcel there was no spare blade.phoned customer service and girl agreed the picture was misleading.glad to see the picture on website now matches what you receive in the box.But I would not have bought it if I’d known this beforehand,so not very pleased with the service I have received.”
