Sadly, I was very disappointed with the goods. I ordered a fairly expensive Barbour hat/scarf set as a gift as it was packaged in a gift box. The goods were sent in a plastic courier bag. Inside, the gift box was in a poor state split down one side on the lid. Must admit I think it was probably like this when it was sent - it looked shop-soiled. Interestingly I purchased 2 sets last month from another company - these were perfect and still in the clear Barbour plastic bags and so the boxes were in pristine condition. What is more shocking is the exchange policy - that for all returns even for defective goods the customer must pay for the return carriage. Would not recommend this company.
