the item I purchased which advised me there was 1 available was in fact out of stock. I was the emailed and offered a different style short which I appreciated but it didn't resolve my issue.

I would be able to review the product if I actually received it within the delivery timeframe! Order was placed on Friday and it’s now Wednesday and still no delivery even though it states 48hour delivery. Appreciate it’s a busy time due to Black Friday etc but still appalling all the same. Will not use masdings again

Hello, as the order was placed Friday night, this will not be dispatched until the following working day which is Monday. The delivery method you have selected is standard 2-3 working day delivery.

Received a different top to what was ordered and pictured. Emailed to ask if this was correct never got a response. Returned item and still heard nothing. Poor customer service

Awful experience. Item on sale, I paid and then was told there was a stock error with little of an apology or offer of a variant even though listed on their site still.

Received one boot 3.5 and the other boot 5.5!!!! Sadly I have same size feet!!! M agreed refund but returns are never as straightforward as they sound unless just use P.O. Signed For!! M should not assume we all have printers or even printers that work or with ink and put any forms on back of invoice!! Staff on phone v helpful. But process specified on back of invoice not so great!!! Sad!! No size 5.5 available where there are two boots same!!

Wouldn't buy off this site , never heard of it as usually use the trusted sites for stone island etc but thought would give it a go , item came in a opened bag with wrong item in it sent back and no refund given as they have to check delivery company .. not convinced about this site or even being genuine will have to go through PayPal as horrendous at emailing you back .

Hello, we checked our CCTV and could see that the correct item was packed and sent. As we do not stock Ralph Lauren or the shorts, we were unable to refund in this instance.

Order a pair of Adidas trainers and once I had inputted my card information and proceeded to buy the shoes, the website said there was a problem and that my order but the money had been taken out of the bank and I had no email of confirmation of my order

I ordered ugg boots. Had an email to say they had been despatched to be told 8 hours later that they were damaged and the order would need to be cancelled. Very disappointing

I received someone else's order and was told that my order had been returned into stock. I was told to place the order again and that the items had been reserved and would be delivered once i submitted my order number to you. I sent my order number to you and was told my order would be delivered today, 10th july and I would receive a refund of the postage charge. I then receivers an email on Saturday 8th july informing me that the red true religion tshirt is out of stock . I have not received the remaining items I ordered and am very disappointed especially when I was told on Friday 7th July that my order was out for delivery. These t shirts are gif my sons holiday and desperately need these to take away with us. I would appreciate it if someone could call me to confirm what is happening with my order. I don't have time to keep sending emails backwards & forwards . This is the first time I have ordered through you . Not a good experience all in all !! Ordered a pair of converse pumps in a size 4, was sent a size 6. Tried to contact them to resolve the situation, and was ignored and never heard anything back. Won't be ordering from them again.

Bit disappointed overall really items displayed on the website were not in stock. An evening looking through the website wasted. Good customer service via email though and money returned quickly

All orders for same day dispatch must be placed before 3.30pm that day. We do inform you of this on each product page as well as a countdown timer. I am sorry that you did not see this at the time of placing the order. The order was cancelled as we were informed you would open a PayPal case to get free postage.

I still have not received my order. I have emailed several times as I received an email asking me if I wanted to track my order however they provided no tracking reference therefore I cannot see where my order is. I have sent many emails querying this and I am now out £90 and still have no shoes! Customer service appalling no one has answered my emails despite me sending about 9 of them. Never again
