“Very good company, quick service and great items received. I've ordered from many companies over the past few weeks like Asos, Figleaves , Diesel etc and unfortunately had to return items. The time it takes for these larger companies to issue a refund is a joke HOWEVER Masdings was so quick that the day after I posted an item back on two occasions I had the refund sitting in my bank account. Also when I called them to ask questions both of the ladies I spoke to were amazing and very helpful and answered all questions Keep up the good work and well done”

“When masding ran the franchise in Nottingham at the Lacoste Store i return a Polo shirt.this was last year and got a credit note nearly a year later I went to the shop in Newark and they honoured that credit note can't fault them great company.”

Order confirmation, despatch and delivery time information was all supplied very efficiently and the product was well packaged and supplied complete withe returns information and branded returns packaging. “Ordered 17.5" collar Boss shirt and paid for it only to be told later that it wasn't in stock and that my money would be refunded but I would have to wait 2 - 5 days for it to clear ! Not great.”
