“This was my first time ordering from this company and I was very impressed with their customer service. I placed the order around 1pm on a Wednesday and within 10 minutes I received confirmation of despatch. Then a few hours later I got a message from Royal Mail that they had received the item and it was delivered on Friday morning. As Thursday was New Year's Day, it couldn't have arrived any quicker!”

“Something unfortunately went wrong for me as I couldn’t get to the shop to purchase a gift voucher for my son for Christmas so ordered an email to be delivered Christmas Day but nothing arrived he and my other son who did it for me are both away at present so Ive tried to sort it out myself After several telephone calls a helpful man yesterday sorted it out for me hopefully so I can give my son his voucher As regarding the shop and quality and choice of clothing both my sons and 3 grandsons shop there a lot for the brand names and selection good service and friendly atmosphere”

“I wanted a pair of Timberland boots for the winter weather, the pair I chose were about £160 generally but with Maddings they were £127 with free delivery. I placed the order on Wednesday last week and they were delivered on Friday, I loved the boots and I loved the service from Masdings and I will strongly consider using them in the future”
